Eric received his bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University in 2010 followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Emory University School of Medicine in 2015.

Eric is a former competitive tennis player whose college career was cut short by a shoulder injury.  His clinical interests focus on the treatment and prevention of injury in athletes with an emphasis on biomechanical assessment, proper exercise programming/load management and patient education to prevent re-injury, though he enjoys all aspects of Orthopaedics.  Eric is a Certified Tennis Performace Specialist (CTPS) through the International Tennis Performance Association and is currently working on the creation of an evidence-based, tennis-specific, injury screening program to be implemented with high school and USTA players with the long term goal of obtaining normative data to shed light on specific impairments that can lead to early intervention.  In his free time, Eric enjoys writing music, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his wife and two children.
